1)What is “Cuti@Home Campaign” for Unifi and Streamyx?
TM is offering a free one month waiver for all for the new registration, effective from 23rd November 2012 until 31st December 2012 for Unifi and Streamyx packages. Customer will enjoy FREE 30 days subscription fee when they sign up for UniFi or Streamyx during this promotion period.
2)What is the duration for the package promotion?
The promotion is available starting from 23rd November 2012 to 31st December 2012.
3)Who is entitled to enjoy the promotion?
The promotion is only entitled for NEW REGISTRATION. Existing customer who upgrade to higher speed package is not entitled for this promotion.
4)What if customers register the package on 31st December but the processor creates the order on 1st Jan 2013. Does the customer still able to enjoy the promotion?
Yes. All registration received by 31st December 2012 is eligible for this promotion. Processor will be notified on the time period to process backlog orders.
5)If customer is an existing Streamyx or UniFi customer, is customer entitled for Cuti@Home?
No, customer is not entitled for the promotion. It is only applicable for new registration.
6)Is the promotion applicable to SME packages?
No, it is only applicable for consumer packages as stated above.
7)How is the customer billing charged?
The 1st bill received will include the followings:
· 1 month subscription fee from date of service activation (pro-rated).
· 1 month fee subscription fee waiver.
· RM10 stamp duty fee.
8)What is the penalty for early termination?
The penalty fee is as per package subscribed.
